Se taie cubulete sunca si cascavalul.  Intr-o tigaie se pune putin ulei si se lasa la incins. Cele 2 oua se bat bine.

Se pune sunca in tigaie,  se adauga ouale, apoi cascavalul. Cand s-a prajit  pe o parte se intoarce usor si pe cealalta parte.

Se serveste calda cu castraveti murati langa.
