Ciuperci pane


500 g ciuperci

6 oua

pesmet

ulei

sare

Se curata ciupercile, se spala si se taie pe jumatate.

Ouale se bat bine.

Ciupercile se dau prin pesmet, apoi prin ou, din nou prin pesmet si prin ou, apoi se pun in tigaia cu ulei incins.

Cand ciupercile  sunt rumenite pe ambele parti se scot din tigaie.

Pot fi servite ca garnitura.
