Cartofi taranesti

Cartofii se spala si se pun la fiert in coaja. Se lasa  la fiert pana pot fi intepati cu furculita. Se scot, se curata de coaja  si se taie in 4. Se pun intr-o tava unsa cu ulei. Se pun mirodeniile peste  si se da la cuptor pana cartofii devin aurii.

Se servesc ca garnitura.

    Dammm…cartofii taranesti erau si mai gustosi cu niste rosii si ardei gras “rupte” peste ei si la cuptor impreuna ..

    …nu am net , nu pot sa-ti raspund , sunt undeva acum, mai special , nu pot sa abuzez de netul lor ..e cu baterii , te-ai prins ? E bine ca gatesti in continuare , lumea e mai sigura si are un viitor , ;-))
