Orez cu legume


Pentru o portie:

1 ardei gras rosu

1 ardei gras galben

ciuperci de la borcan

1 ceapa

1 morcov

1 rosie

unt

sare

piper alb

piper negru

150 g orez

Se spala legumele si se taie cubulete.

Intr-o tigaie se pune untul la topit. Se adauga pe rand ceapa, ciupercile, morcovul, ardeii si rosia. Cand s-au calit putin se adauga orezul, care a fost spalat inainte si se lasa putin la calit. Se adauga apa, 1 pahar, apoi se lasa la fiert la foc mic 10 minute.

Se serveste ca garnitura.
